Busy Pinball day ! this morning got a friends TAF up and running again

This afternoon, I finally finished installing insert LED's to the theatre... total transformation
I will be doing the GI this evening
Super happy with the results - well worth waiting for the delivery from Comet

Times are hard right, bag of old used balls and a week in a tumbler at 25p a day. Silky smooth and shiny

Deffo comets it says in the post, but specifically which ones no idea, think maybe that’s what Neil wants to know.

Likely their 2SMD which always look fantastic in GI and inserts, way the inserts are popping they are likey cool or sunlight white.

I think i took this apart about 5 years ago and it's been like that through two house moves but I finally got it all back together today Pretty rare game in the UK and she'll never be a minter but I'm really happy with how it's turned out Got a couple of switches need adjusting before I can enjoy this awesome game!

spent the day downgrading games so Scorbit works. Stern have changed something and latest releases don't work with it. Also had to move SIC kits around to games that support that and Scorbit.

They do this on purpose too - the game code looks for Scorbit and tries to delete it.

Stern want to block Scorbit and PB but they can't do it - just playing whack'a'mole.

Yes I have solid evidence this is not just a theory.

Scorbit are probably going to fix it up in an update. Stern's security isn't very tight...

Hey folks.

To be clear: Using older versions of Stern's software does work with Scorbit (on everything but Rush that came out afterwards). This includes versions with SIC that came out up to and including December, depending on the game.

I understand everyone's desire to work with SIC and we are in touch with Stern to see if we can resolve this issue. We're giving it a solid try and have been for quite a long time.

yeah so in making ST work again I downloaded my LE and then spent an hour trying to figure out why the projector didn't work. Only to realise I'd downloaded it to Pro code. Doh!

Another topper for the line up! CGC MM topper on my Williams MM.

Massive thanks to @Pick Holder for working something out for me, whilst keeping the topper stock.

Decided that, as the topper will stay with the game, I drilled the hole through the top.
To make it flush, just took out the cabinet bolts from the top and screwed it at the two front holes.

Had these mods lying in wait for 6 months plus while stern caught up on their back log. Must haves imo, adds premium finish.

The Scoop switch has been paying up, failing to register every second shot and after spending a lot of time making adjustments and no dice I ended up experimenting with a 2-part silicon putty and so far it's resolved the problem.
