Buy that will hide the exclusive lit apron and Sig of the designer!
Anyhoos I’ll be at Pinfest on Sat so hope to see you there. Look for the old fart who dyes his hair silver wears an Atari T shirt and Van’s. 😝
I’m only going to collect stuff from Chris B and drop off some pinsound and speakers
I can bring that helmet if you like lol 😂

Manger to source this 1995 imperial speeder scout which arrived today.
I decided not to go for the foundry mod as I think it would obscure the view to the lanes, so I went for this to go on the long left plastic where nothing is except a flasher dome and it will look great and not interfere with play 😃

So today I got a 1” square rubber cushion, marked and cut it and fitted to the back of the diverter stop to prevent the ball from bouncing back down the ramp.
Then drilled the speeder, used a screw and washer, existing spacers and fitted it to the plastic in place of the small clear plastic next to flasher dome.
Had to remove the air collector from the bottom of the speeder with a hacksaw but it’s on the side where you can’t see so worked well.
Painted the little fella as it was the speeder kit was from 1995 and gone a bit yellow.
Put him on the speeder and we’ll impressed as it looks as if it’s always been there.
Kudos to the guy on pinside where I saw the speeder fitted there, it’s very nice

I’m not having any ramp ball issues? What exactly is happening?

The ball hits the diverter and then bounced back and rolls down the ramp.
A separate issue I’ve noticed is during multi ball when the diverter is down that a ball will be stuck to the bottom of the coil until it’s either hit by another ball or the coil is de-energised.

OK, had this game about a week and a half now and although I haven’t played it as much as I would like (bloody adult life getting in the way!), these are my thoughts:

- WOW in the artwork and the cabinet on this game is amazing! This is easily the best looking cabinet, maybe just behind Turtles and Ghostbusters.

- The game is fast and smooth, and the ball times are relativity short (or at least for me!). The Playfield on the LE is packed.

- The theme integration is amazing and nearly everything is there (except Cara 😒)

- Love the upper playfield and it adds an interesting element to the game.

- Some of the shots I am finding tight, especially the ‘Encounters’ ramp, which I cannot seem to hit with any kind of consistency.

- Code needs some work, loads of bug with the music not matching up and the cut scenes not keeping up with the game. Scoring needs looking at, especially the bonuses, as they are pointless at the minute. The Extra Ball is also too easy.

Overall, I am very happy with this game and as a Star Wars / Pinball fan, Stern did a great job with it!

How is everyone else finding it?

Well I’m biased as I love it !
The left main ramp should be the easiest one to hit from either flipper, backhanding is very nice, I was just getting bounce outs from the diverter stop but a rubber cushion has 100% cured that.
The left scoop is far easier to backhand from left flipper. Try dialling down the flipper power, especially on the right flipper and then you can hit the foundry scoop with ease.
I just dial it down and then try the left scoop and then make sure I have enough power to make the left ramp and backhand the right ramp.
If I play ST and then go on mando it takes a while before I’m hitting shots consistently again.
ST shots are far more forgiving but the depth and feeling of reward on mando makes the tighter shots worth it and a bigger sense of achievement, especially when you get some combos going and I especially love the super skill shot, it’s a proper skill shot with a nice choice of 3 different rewards on the last shot.
Yes, the code needs some cleaning up, but I think it’s extremely good out of the box and looks good for future updates.
I just wish that they would disable the Post when you’re doing a super skill shot regardless of whether Grogu is active or not.
That’s the point of making a choice but it takes that away from the player, that’s my only gripe.

Another great idea from @scottydoesntknow I made a proto Door Plaque for his Mando and it looks the dogs. I’m starting to think I need a Mando now 😂
Anyhow some pics and new V2 bats, Gauge and now throwing a free keyring with every Mando order.
While I’m on topic a big thx to Scotty he put some pics of his mods pinside and even though I don’t sell there I’ve done 6 full sets of my Mando bling this week alone by guys contacting me directly through PMs.

Ok ver 2.0 of my coindoor plaques are out and looking good IMO
These are done in metallic brushed silver laminate 1.6mm thick so very substantial not just decals.
They take approx 20 mins each to etch and clean up.

I’ve used the SW Aurabesh font to do these so the bottom one says:
“May the force be with you”

And the top:
“This is the Way”

Both look super cool in the flesh and compliment the pin beautifully

Priced at a tenner and £1.95 postage and now include a free keyring (last pic)

Fantastic work as always Col.
I'm so impressed I will take one and I don't even have a Mando, well not yet anyway.
Please put me down for one Col,
Thanks D.

Managed to get to gravity today for a couple of hours. Mainly played Mando and finally figured out what to do. Setup really easy and low reply so only spent £1. Just like there old days

Got to the mission plus razor quest Wizard modes but not much happened so guess needs a code update.

Good game.

Finished all of the two seasons, I'm not the biggest star wars fan to start with, but I actually enjoyed it. Loved the ending of the last episode. Still can't see the pin making it into my house though.
