All of these AFM play field issues will evaporate of course when the remake is announced ;) as you'll be able to pick one up :)

There seems to be an awful lot of pins that have been sitting on eBay for ages. Is the pinball bubble bursting?

Maybe for the lesser titles that are overpriced.
Classics go super quick if not stupidly priced;)

TOTAN is an A title and fully restored with new playfield at £4250 was a very good price.

A problem with ebay is that it removed listing fees. So you get all manner of overpriced crap and pointless clutter on there.

I’m enjoying the Spiderman on e-bay, £3750 didn’t sell, £3501 didn’t sell, £3501 again didn’t sell, £3501 once again didn’t sell. Now listed for £4000, that ought to do it!

Don't forget that the "Christmas Factor" is now coming into play. Add 20% onto the price and hope some mug buys it... :cuckoo:

Lol, I keep noticing this. Persistence is key!

Read his seller info. Quite an angry person or just had enough of buyers....
He's just an angry person from Doncaster.
I read the description like I've personally pi$$ed him off or something.
If you list something on eBay then you have to expect people may mess you about. The attitude wouldn't make me want to send him a message.

we can all feel bad dishing his auction in TWO threads. no doubt he will get over a grand and the egg will be on our collective faces. or maybe not

one sold for £600 a couple of weeks back on ebay,I picked one up with loads of spare boards for half of that, yes it's a basic pin,but I found it good for learning how the electronics work, and how to troubleshoot, also have fond memories of playing it with my sister when we were kids as they had one in a pub we used to visit on family days out.
