He's also mud on here after accepting a free black rose playfield off James G on the provisio he used it for a restoration which he then promptly sold on eBay. ****$ trick

Yep I bought my first pin from him and It was nothing like he said, I bet a closer look and they are both average machines. Funny how he come back out. I remember he bought a mb from London for £4500 lovely machine as I wanted it but didn't have the money and then a month later it was up for £6500. Think he is what you call a wide boy! Well a second hand car dealer.

maybe a few of us will send him some messages through ebay to remind him that he won't be forgotten for that playfield ****wipery

TZ for seven grand ??? Mine is going this weekend for nearly half that - and I'm happy to sell a TZ for what its worth. Bloody retail are rip off merchants

YOU: 3800 a month ago
rocky-pins: Your point??
YOU: you're that Kristian bloke, the one that accepted a free playfield on the proviso that you needed it for your project, then you put it up on ebay. you're pretty well known for that.
rocky-pins: Again your point is!!
YOU: totally shameless?
rocky-pins:Yes you are, you need to get over your jealousy, get a life and concentrate on earning enough money to buy decent pins, such a shame, I feel for you I really do. If your struggling, I could work out a payment plan for you
YOU: jealousy? no no, you have me wrong. i have a good salary and a fine pinball collection, i just despise to see the parasites of this world, feeding on other people and justifying their behaviour by assuming jealousy, and that others would do the same in your position. we wouldn't. only a total ****stain would take a freebie using lies, and then sell it for profit. i just contacted you to let you know that the pinball community is small, and your reputation is unique.
rocky-pins: Appreciate that silly man
rocky-pins: Shame your fine salary couldn't afford a descent marine set up, that's the crispest tank I ever did see
rocky-pins: And as for the pinball community, the small part is true and it's prats like you that give it a bad name

rocky-pins:And as for my reputation, it can't be that bad, as I sell my pins regularly for very healthy profits, o it's good to be me
YOU: is that all you've got, just 4 replies since my last message?

rocky-pins: Your boring me now
YOU: * you're *

sadly it's all gone quiet now, he's probably fighting off Jon as i write this. hope so

His attitude that it's okay to deceive people in order to try and make a quick buck is pretty sad, he's a complete con man as far as I'm concerned, clearly a dodgy used car sales man, like so many of them are!

Thank you @cooldan for opening my eyes to how bad some individuals are. No remorse. No honour. Nothing. Pretty disgusting really.
I'll stick to the forum for my buyers and sellers. I don't ever want to sell or buy to anyone like this.

TAF on the bay he also is selling a tron, want's good money though

Seller is someone on this forum, I recognise the garage door. Looks like a nice machine and a good price (paid more for mine). Although I'd want chrome legs on it.

Apologies on this post.
I made an error ref names.

It wasnt Colin from pinball uk as this incident happened 20 years ago.

Will have to go thru my old hard drive and find the name of the chap who pulled a stunt on me.

eBayer - "my sons autistic - he likes the flashing lights but were on benefits , can you do a really good price"? me "well any pinball or even a £50 fruit machine has flashing lights so buy one of those , why does it have to be a Theatre of Magic?" eBayer - "cos I like that one ..."!!! priceless

Hmm no posts at all and only been around 4 weeks, how do you recognise the garage door?

Yeah that's really odd. I had a few messages from him when I was looking for a TOM ages ago...back in March(ish) so I recognise the garage door. I've seen him sell a TAF on eBay too. Machines look good.

Thanks for the info, think I will wait for a more known seller

He's actually been a member since 2014 but never posted a single thing. 'Martin' must be someone's alter ego. Curious and curiouser....

If it's Martin then he's cool, not too often on here and due to his contacts as a repair guy often has dealing with pinball owners outide of the forum so might just be selling on someone else's behalf but worth giving him the benefit of doubt....

i think it means they co-support each other, maybe the larger supports and sponsors the smaller, one hand washes the other etc. nothing suspicious about it. and everyone who's had a visit from Martin of gopinball has had a positive experience, as far as i've read.
