ok the three wise men had a wise moment. we have _extended_ round 1. with that in mind and after resolving those in the wait list, that means we have _1_ space left for round 1.

Just watch out if coming from London on the M4 lots of roadworks going on a potential closures. m40 is the better route via A40 in any case.

Matthew Vince takes the win at Epsode One of Funball 4

Congrats to Vin Jauhal and Paul Rubens who won the split flipper! We raised a huge load of money for the Blood Cancer Trust !

Very many thanks to Paul and wife for hosting a great fun day of pinball and as ever to Neil for his excellent smooth running of the comp.

Well done to Matt on a well deserved win. Looking forward to the next episode!
 
Thanks to all players for making this a smooth to run tournament.

After your feedback; At FlipOut round there will be a champion of champion of champions final with the four winners (or their second place equiv if they win more than one) - Best of 5 Games each player will be able to select a (working tournament) machine at Flipout, order of choice based upon their winning scores and tiebreak strength from their qualifying round, and the Tournament director selects the final game (unless he qualifies then his wife will select the game)! There will be a sizeable prize on offer (when I've blagged it!) :D The winner will receive the Funball 4 Annual Trophy for one year!

Episode 2 of the best collection of tournaments in the south east of the UK in the world will happen at the World Famous DOMINO ARCADE on 27th of October! There are still places to play, and why not make it a weekend and head to John's Halloween Strikes Tournament on the 26th!
