Was he the guy with the Kenny Everett avitar ? He took the original owner for a right ride - offered to fix it to working for £400 then told him it needed £2000 spending on it and promptly offered him £500 for it / devious ba**ard
In case anyone is interested, there's two 1up pinballs on John Pye Auctions (Star War and Marvel) in Edinburgh (It's online and they will deliver). Two hours to go, £51 and £61. Can't tell if they're working so bit too much of a punt for me.

I know those things are extremely moddable, but out of the box they are shockingly poor. I almost bought one online when they were first released, but then tried a display model at Costco and couldn’t tolerate it for more than a minute. It would have to be that price and fully working for me to pull the trigger, because god only knows how much I’d end up spending trying to get it up to snuff.

Yep that’s the best picture , that’s the money shop pic ! I just want to give him the 10k now !
Plastic playfield so that's why it looks nice. Not as rare as some of the other games from Juegos Populates (Lortium is the one I'm after) but still looks cool. The price is crazy for this though and boards always the worry with these!
