I fell for that one hook, line and sinker. I hit BIN seeing £450 within a minute of it being listed. Read the description, apologised and cancelled the sale. The seller was OK about it and relisted. I thought I’d found the bargain of 2023.

None of it is ever enforced on eBay - he would have gone down the no longer available route / item now broken or something.
He probably wants to pay the eBay fee based on £450 maybe.
Listed a separate thread about legally enforceable eBay bidding, it’s covered by Uk law and once bid is placed, seller and bidder have entered a court enforceable contract, whether auction completes or is cancelled.

I hope he chases me for £450. Someone else will have done the same as me by now. That was a ”no need to read the description” price.
He’s saying that he’s reached his sales limit, ie he’s only got £450 left to sell this month. It’s up the buyer to cancel the order, the seller has to sell for the listed price.

I’ve reported that listing and would encourage others to do the same. eBay’s bad enough without those kind of listings, and they completely screw Google searches for pin prices up

If this was £450 or £800 it would already be at my house. Once you get into these weird descriptions/listings it’s not worth the hassle.
He should just do a straight auction with no reserve and he’ll end up with more than the result with all this messing around. It’s similar to the crap Doctor Who that was listed.

With the new roms it’s a great game. I’ve no idea on value but probably the higher end of what you suggest given the prices achieved for Rocky and Bullwinkle.
This is near me. I've not gone to see it yet but observations are.
Broken targets
Lower Playfield GI not on.
Coin door lights not on.
Incandescent lamps still.
Seller is willing to take offers no less than £3900 though.

From the few pics the cab and what you can see looks to be in good players condition.
Mine was 2.5-2.8k (I forget
) in 2021, but that was COVID times plus it was imported from NL and still I had to do bits and bobs to it.But I wanted it. So I'd say if someone wants a game you pay a premium. On that basis it's priced fairly for eBay!
When this was listed at £9000 or so I messaged and asked how much he really wanted. He’s just replied and said £7400 is the lowest offer he’d take. Then I looked again and see he’s currently got it listed BIN at £6000.
