Spotted this in Bridlington check out the operator repair? At first this was on the lane side! Balls just got stuck! I had a quick chat with the cash man and we checked to see if there was a goodie bag Or a spare rubber in the bottom but no good? He said he had one on order? in the end we turned the cellotape fix around!! So at least we could have a go! As ball could go down the lane! I had no idea what was going on with the game but did kinda like it!

Agree it is a great game, feeble excuse that it cost them loads if what roger sharpe said (cost roughly a million to buy the license) they made what 1964 units so less than £510 per unit, wheres the 4-6k premium come from other than greed/marketing ? I guess they knew people would buy them at any price (non pin people anyhow)

Beatles fans

Electrocoin told me they got 100 of them.

Went down last night, Adams Family is out of action. I found the flipper button on the floor. So popped that back in!

2 great pins courtesy of @philpalmer in the North Nottinghamshire area.
Housed in the Sanctuary Gaming Centre in Sutton-In-Ashfield.

If you are looking to play either of these, maybe prior to a purchase, or just for fun, get yourself there.
Parking on site and a great selection of large locally produced donuts.
Pins in perfect condition

Ok so played wrestlemania some more and really thinking about trying to source an LE in the home environment as prefer the look and its more nostalgia, hogan, andre lod etc and no not been drinking although im on holiday! 😆 found a couple in euro, and i know i should prob go the walking dead route instead!

Agree, LE is full nostalgia, I've had a hunt myself, you see them come up cheap in the US but still pricy in € and haven't seen any in £,

Ummm, Ooooohhhh Yeeeeeaaahh?!

I played 2 of those 3 in Weston-super-Mare a couple of weeks back, £1 per game.

Filthy doesn't even start to describe. Shrek drop targets don't reset, they're always down. Batman is missing the rubber tip on the plunger, so you have to plunge the ball around 6 times before it finally leaves the shooter lane. Probably other stuff too but it was so dark you couldn't see it.

BBH I didn't even bother.

Filthy and really poorly maintained, such a shame.

How long would it take to take the glass off and "just" give it a quick wipe? It would even take more money if it played faster. Clueless. 😡

everyone and his dog has either tried to buy these OR offer to clean them / do basic maintenance

remember here the fruits , coin pushers and grabbers drag in £1000s a DAY

they are bothered.

the POTC that fell burning into the sea was probably in better condition

Went to the dreadfully named “Badger Badger” in Deptford last night. Got a pleasant surprise as there are two pins in there.
OK one’s monopoly and I’ve got a SM at home but good to see pins in a bar.

Went to Bournemouth last week and had a few games on these at the arcade by the peir.
Jurassic Park and GhostBusters worked fine apart from a dodgy coin mech on GB.

CFTBL on the other hand had some issues. The sound didn’t work, DMD was faulty and it kept tilting out the game, without even touching it. Shame as the actual cabinet and playfield looked in great nick.

Found this in north Cyprus 2 years ago so we thought let's go back while here again only to find it's missing bands and its switched off.

I didn’t take pictures of the pins, unfortunately, but Plonk Crazy Golf in Hackney, London, has a TAF, Dolly Parton, Royal Flush, Hook and a BoP.

Their website claims their arcade ’hosts more pinball machines than anywhere else in London’, which suggests they don’t get out much.

A few arcade machines in there too, but we didn’t play those. They also had a few shelves of board games (also to appeal to the vinyl renaissance crowd) and, of course, crazy golf.

The pins weren’t in mint condition, but they were all working.
