Oh no and I thought mine was the nicest in the uk
I’ve actually seen this being played and that’s why mine is classed as a “very nice players condition” machine.
Chris never fails to amaze me with his restored pins I’ve seen and bought a few off him now and even used his services if I am need of a super minty one.
I’m not gonna knock Andy’s but I’ve got to use my fav quote “shy bairns get nowt” so GLWS as eBay is my least fav place to sell a pin but at times a necessary evil.
Even mine may end up on there when I get a free final fee listing but obviously slightly higher than here at maybe 2.2k as God loves a try’er

Seen this mentioned so many times on this forum and the time has finally come.

What the heck is a 'bairn'?
Pmsl
We in the NE of England use the term fondly as a young kid, child, sibling
Especially if like many in the NE back in the day if you really were shy you really didn’t get owt (anything) as there was little or no money to waste back then. (I’m 58 BTW)
See a sweet on the ground and it was a race to see who could pick it up 1st. The older community are a hardy lot up north and we will probably outlive cockroaches in a nuclear war.
No need for antibiotics in my household.
Recently a lady asked “excuse me is that your little boy as he picking sweets up and eating them” I said hold on that’s not on so I shouted him over and said “how come you not sharing with your dad” needless to say I got some response about what if he pick up tablets and eats them.
OMG the PC brigade is off again.
Anyhoo that’s what Bairns means I got a little sidetracked

I know it as 'shy bairns get nae taffy' - or 'the squeaky wheel gets the oil' bairn is 'child'.. Got to make a fuss to get ahead. One of those idioms I don't altogether agree with.. :)

Firstly I'm so so SO sorry everyone but I just have to say this....

"professionally and comprehensively restored to as new condition by a fully qualified Electronics Engineer" Andy by that do you mean you asked the forum constant questions on almost every issue you had? Including why is there no GI when the CPU was missing? 😂 You bought it for £285 and have said previously you put £1000 in parts into it and on eBay say you have £2500 into it, sounds like you need a new accountant mate

Glad I didn't sell you Jokerz now otherwise I'd probably find that on eBay for £3k

I have nicely requested you do not communicate with me but I will respond and reply just once Pillock! THEN LEAVE ME ALONE (Admin please note)
1) I have an Hons Degree in applied Electronics from Norwich University gained in 1975 when your unfortunate parents were running around the playground!
2) I was repairing SS pinball's (specialising in Gottlieb System 80) (when you were still just sperm and an egg) I think I know what I am doing!!
3) I have sought the opinion and advice of Forum members as at the time I have no paperwork whatsoever and "felt my way" around this project.
4) It is NOT for you to question my accounting and it may come as a shock but I have not itemised every expense on this forum .The chroming cost £800 alone!
5) I sell high end restorations to people on eBay and privately. I have ALWAYS achieved within 10% the prices I seek How about you?
6) You mentioned the Jokerz. not me. What kind of idiot admits to selling a machine for less than he was offered by someone else? Thick/ stupid or what?
7) Lastly, I am NOT you "Mate" That though fills me with disgust!

This is a Forum for Pinball enthusiasts not a place to take "sideways bitchy" digs at me or other fellow members. Basically shut the f-ck up James as one day someone will shut you mouth for you! I am more than happy to meet with you to discuss this man to "man" It is a shame I was not able to "meet" with you at Pinfest but sadly was in the Maldives at the time on Holiday. I have politely asked you to leave me alone. I though I had blocked you and you silly childish comments ONE LAST WARNING!!! LEAVE ME ALONE!

Enough with the threats @AndyB53. I get that he riles you up (and he shouldn't - we're all bored of it) but that's taking a bazooka to a knife fight and it's out of line. Manage it some other way.

Now let's move on.

What is the matter with the "children" on this forum??? I thought it was a Forum for pinball enthusiasts to share advice and help other members in the favorite hobby. It seems to have become a childrens playground where certain members (Majestic Pinball), I think the name is James?? continues to make "bitchy" childish comments about many other members but especially this Andyb person. Why? If this guy is selling his stuff on ANOTHER SITE surely it is up to him what he asks for it even though in my opinion it seem excessive. Clearly it seems that this James has some kind of history with Andyb ?? and it seems like he has asked James to "butt out" in the past and leave him alone. So why continue to incite him James?? Leave the guy alone for Christ sake as everyone has a breaking point, and before you ask.... no I do not know this guy or have ever contacted him (although he did once reply to one of my posts) Andyb good luck with you sale fella but you could have put some better photos on you ad (only my opinion)

I am not aware that I have made any threats as you put it. I have politely asked James at Majestic to leave me alone yet he continues to try to wind me up. If he continues to do it, he will regret it as eventually he will say something to someone less passive than me and he will regret it. His bitch bitch comments about me and others on this Forum spoil the true meaning and use of this great place All he has to do is stop and leave me alone.
