ask to view. it could be a gem but they always hype up. had nice games in the past when they bought in bulk and wanted to raise cash but you are talking about viewing 30 pins and taking 3!

Hello All,

I'm new to the forum, having been thinking of picking up a nice table for a while now.

I see there is a black knight 1980 on eBay with a few days left on it. Buy it now for £950 with 10% going to charity. (Sorry i don't seem to be able to post a link)

I know it's not the most exciting theme but it is a table I played a lot in Germany back in the 80s so there is a nostalgia element to the purchase if I do get it.

Is anybody on here the seller? Is the price realistic? I have PM'd the seller who tells me there are a couple of small faults - 1 set of drop targets not working and an occasionally sticky flipper. - I am an electronics engineer and would think the repairs should be easy enough to sort out.

Cheers,

Chris.

cosmetics the key on older games. love black knight and 2. I think at 950 needs to be 100% . there are newer auguably better games for sale at that level on the forum

Thanks Steve, pretty much what I was thinking. I'd like the chance to go see it/try it out. Might get a chance to haggle a bit.

BK is an absolute classic. But as said above, condition is everything - particularly backglass, playfield and cabinet. 950 is top money for this title. I think this one is overpriced. I want to buy a bk, but I would not buy this one

Somebody has actually spent money getting the metalwork powder coated. :cuckoo:

That game has to be the biggest waste of a license in pinball history.

What's the matter with Bugs Bunny pins? It's a decent game. Not the best but it's ok for a family game.

Played one extensively when it was released. Just about the worst playing game I have ever played.

They could at least have not powder coated it, that might somehow have helped it on its way, but that price for that game? Never shocked at what appears in eBay...

one last year I had was mint. went to Poland to sit in their museum next to Mario Mushroom World and Simpsons kooky carnival.
problem for me is Id love games I want to keep to be in that condition but never the way.
was happy at £750
a good family friendly game is Flintstones.
