The STNG guy has been messaged by me and replied. He wasn't aware that it was for sale previously by Chris but says it's the same machine. The machine moved from London to Manchester in the blink of an eye? Did he move the room and pics on the wall too?
I've been told that it has been repaired by a pinball expert after asking about the DMD
Hmmmm... Anyone got any info on the seller or the machine ?

ADVISE CAUTION!!!!
For sale by two different people?
Look at the bidding on the two similar bidders, something fishy? I've been having a on & off message conversation (just out of interest), and first it's for sale for charity? Then he's a night club manager? AXM Manchester
I asked for some pictures of the inside of the back box and got two pictures of the coin door.
I've been told that the DMD is awaiting a part, when I asked which he said a wire?

Either it's a scam!
Or he doesn't have a clue about pinball? He has sent me his number, he has taken me two pictures of the coin door? So may actually have the machine?
If your interested I'd get his number and have a chat with him, if he's got the machine and you can agree a price? It might be worth a look, but he's not making eBay easy?

It might not be a scam. Some folk are clueless though.
TBH if it wasn't for forums like this and the pinball community. Left to my own devices I would be pretty clueless. Still plenty to learn, thats the beauty of this hobbie.

Isn't the other Star Trek a Bally?
Yes it doesn't say the next generation but might be worth a call?

Its a decent price for a STTNG in good nick if thats what you mean.

I'm leary about recommending anything off gumtree/ eBay/ CraigsList/ etc beyond that tho :)

Yep me too!
No recommendation's here just a heads up!
Might turn out to be nothing?

could be a good local buy. not like the "game with a man with fireballs in the artwork" that you can have for free that turned out to be a zac ten stars after a two hour trek full of anticipated excitement

I've been asking questions of the two owners of the same STNG machine.... And getting different answers.

And as if by magic a back glass appears although £250 or best offer

Look at this on eBay
Williams pinball machine black knight back glass

backglass is new old stock. 250 is very fair. hens teeth.

I can imagine s lot of hard core collectors have a spare ok bk glass so that machine won't sell fot peanuts . at the Thomson auction there was a 6 million dollar man without glass and the auctioneer said shame about that but the audience all looked at each other as to say ive got a glass or two for that!

Correct my fp one was 250-300

Playboy average and working I'd say 700 . Massive seller usually worn out but bit basic for modern players

99p start and no reserve is the best way to sell a pin on eBay if you have to go that route. I'd guess this will make about 900 nowadays. A year ago it wouldn't shift for 600
