Bride is just so good retro fun. Will never tire of it. Can't see me ever selling it unless a better one came along.

Forget the fact that the price is insane. Why did they come to that precise figure? Is it meant to be a talking point? Was it a previous score on the machine. Also you have to enjoy any description that reads "complete apart from...."

I've seen this person advertising arcade machine on gumtree before and they always use that number, think it's so that they can ask how much you want to pay for it then take the highest price. Don't think they know what they have or the correct price for it, unless they do know but are hoping to sell to people that don't know what they're buying.

Hi, I see you have a BOP:) Can I ask what CPU Rom package you have? What version are you running? Have you had any issues? Mine will be coming with an L7 rom with the billionaire club reset problem:mad: also what sound Roms are you running? Cheers Pete

Was playing it earlier today. Will check when I get home. Never had a problem with it apart from a few bulbs going on the translite back box..
Never reached the billionaire club so can't really comment on that..my highest score is 24million. Haven't completed her transformation either..will one day :)

I know what you mean, i played one many moons ago and dropping £20 in It. I can't wait, it won't come until the end of week/end . Just trying to get things moving and what Roms etc to get, for when I am good enough to get to the billionaires club?:rofl:it would help if you could get some details about the roms and possibly the innards of back box so I could compare when I go to pick up. Thanks Pete

It's weird though isn't it ?
By rights it should be dull as dishwater. A one shot wonder. But I love playing BOP and will own one in the future.
The one thing that spoils it for me is the Billionaires Club.

They are nice looking machines. Have you thought about LEDs ? Or upgrading Roms ? Just a thought as I will try and find best package for play? Who knows it may be your config that is happiest? Would you be able to get some photos of the back box innards for a comparison please? So I can see if any major hacks or items missing? Would be of some comfort to have pics to hand when picking her up, if you have time. Thanks again. Pete

With the scores on BOP. You have a Billionaire Clib high score table and the normal one. I have the top 4 places in the normal table. Not managed Billionaire yet. One day :-)

If you've played it virtually. The real thing table is a lot harder and requires a lot more skill..
 
Yes I think it will take some time to beat the Bride, and the billionaire bug will only effect the game if I have a superb game. It would be just a shame if someone should have the game of their life, and there be no record of it. So I am going to order the L6 rom from Paul.

haha you are probably right.lol it was just to use as a reference, fore-armed, fore-warned and all that, when I pick it up. He says it has remote battery and no corrosion,(as far he was aware) but I will try and acquire some pics of a clean machine, with no hacks to gauge against.
