What retro games are you currently playing?

Been playing Midwinter, Hired Guns on the Amiga. Also Syndicate and Lemmings on 3DO. But have packed it away now that annual leave is over. 😕

Love the box art and maps in midwinter game box. Even has a notepad to write notes.

I'm too old to be an influencer, but as this thread is about mostly retro gaming, I'll share this place. Largest retro gaming industrial sized unit (cant really call it a shop as way too big) in the uk. Was 1 industrial unit and now up to 2. They deliver worldwide too.

Disclaimer, i'll earn absolutely nothing from this post as i'm not an influencer :D But, the shop is easilest the best gaming shop the in the uk. Stewarton is also the hardest place in the world to drive to, but, fortune favours the brave (or something like that :))

Search Forgotten Worlds if the link doesnt work.

and if all else fails, heres an influencer selling it...

Not so much gaming yet but been messing about trying to get a roland SC-88VL midi setup 😏 the plan was to have it running for Dos games so I could listen to some old school tunes like "At Doom's Gate" ... should of just listened to it on YouTube would of been less stress 😆

Picked up a Super Famicom recently and started down a new rabbit hole  The box art is amazing on the Japanese games! I was testing them out today and couldn't stop playing Super Castlevania, one of my favourite games of all time  @FinalFight I'm blaming you for this :D

During a Nintendo competition day, I got the highest score on star fox in Stamford then drove to Peterborough and got the highest score there too - didn't get highest for the country though :-(

Highly recommend these Replicades- got the daughter a Qbert for Xmas- was my birthday this week- loving this Space Ace- very addictive game and great build quality , 1/6 scale so not too big but definitely playable. GAME concessions in Sports Direct are flogging these and other titles for £80 in store ( missile command, food fight & Qbert) think GAME are now in administration- shame, I remember preordering my N64 from them and enjoyed the whole experience of games shopping as a kid ☹️ IMG_5989.webp

These are cool.

I nearly got my 10 year old niece a QBert at Christmas as she is obsessed with my original full size cab - and is very good at it now 😁 Got to keep them off the bloody tablet right 👍

Think they had the TMNT 1989 OG Numbskull for £150 in Metrocentre- seemed like a decent deal Col? My personal fav was Turtles in Time on SNES - if they ever make the Simpsons it’s a must buy
