EBay auctions 2016

I once bought a machine from eBay from a guy who owned a pub. Went to buy and we ended up playing his machines.

The pub opened and I was fed in the restaurant for free. The bar was free to me all night.

I ended up staying the night (for free) and we had to load up the BSD with hangovers the next morning.

That was fifteen years ago when eBay was in its infancy. I sold the machine on for good money and have since bought another BSD for allot more money than the first.

Hey ho, times change

Ah the good old days when eBay actually had some good sellers and buyers on it. It's where I bought my first pin, a TZ. Too may unscrupulous people on it now who give you sh*t feedback for no reason or selling total tot for too much money.Think we have all had that experience on it. In the mid 90s we were shipping boxes of furbies over from the U.S. and running a small sideline out the company I worked for. I was supposed to be selling software at the time, and earning good money, however we were making more selling furbies. Manager wasn't to impressed as we had toys all over our desks and were using the companies somewhat liberal postage system to ship everything out. Made a few beer tokens!

Am sure there are good ones on eBay, but always a gamble!

Cirqus Voltaire Pinball Machine

£8k or best offer?
I'd love a cv but 8k? Might as well wish for a bbb

WOZ has gone. looked genuine to me. if a seller invites viewing no problems but takes some mates along if unsure/an expensive item. never be worried about too good to be true buy it nows. go for it. pay with paypal via credit card and if it goes wrong as a buyer you can always get your money back.

It's got the rare chitty chitty bang bang topper. Almost always missing
Woah, the stuff of legend. It must be one of the prototypes, that fabled 'first 75' that also had a Childcatcher plastic half behind the apron. The rotating head was originally based on Truly Scrumptious, as any fule no

I wanted Daves but was too slow. I wouldn't touch the AW one for £500. next few posts should be interesting ...

certain playfields even very rough will sell as long as they still have t nuts etc. folks who are rescreening would rather use a rough playfield than a ok one. therefore rough Addams TZ CFTBL FH MM Fathom etc will sell as worthwhile to do. sold a really poor KISS playfield to the US for this purpose

slackers! think this one is about right. looks tidy enough and they aint gonna make anymore. Scotty had a rethink selling his and most owners including myself are the same. ok it aint that good to play but what a theme!
Sellers also got a Stargate up for grabs, perhaps a deal could be done?

Is the seller on the forum?

BTTF is on my wanted list but I've got to stop my lovely wife spending all the money on her hobby first!:tut:

that does look to be a nice BTTF i agree. It's Tobin in Hove, so a few regulars from our forum are nearby. does seem strong money (i sold mine for 1070 in June 2015 but this one is nicer than mine was) but it is a dream theme. game isn't *that* bad.

I was waiting for others to post horror stories involving Arcade Whorehouse I mean wornouts I mean warehouse aka Williams amusements.

I must admit I hadn't really heard about them!
