And not in a Catholic priest kinda way
Firstly thanks you all for helping me get through these few days in hospital having number 2 child, this forum has been a great help passing the hours whilst mum and baby sleep, but my other baby, Tommy, has me thwarted at the final step. I've restored this from a pretty beaten up state and all is ok, just the cab to fix up, from various logs here I know to use Halfords PU varnish to finish, and the cab has cleaned up well with magic sponges but the yellow needs touching up in a few spots, the Tommy guru @Sgt GrizZ has told me about a place in the states that sell touch up pin paints but postage/ time etc makes me want to look closer to home first.
Has someone done a tommy here and do you know a yellow that matches? I've mixes different balances of Lemon Yellow and Yellow Ochre, and come close but it's not right and it's also pi** thin and the scuffs show through. Any advice please?
Thanks in advance,
Jon
