Yeah im nervous. Im sharing the gig with a mate who is a real DJ! So he can bail me outta trouble if needs be.
I want to mix my set so I’ve been practicing. Got it all written down with pitch fader numbers ready so I can get it matched nice and quick. Mainly 90’s dance, Gat decor Passion, Felix don’t you want me sorta thing.

Weddings we ALWAYS used to play Chuck Berry - My Dingaling. Of course... vocing over some of the words... Like the bride liking to play with the grooms "dingaling".... etc etc

Those were the days.
Soneone would get far too offended now...

I was hungover at the bar yesterday after enjoying myself too much Friday night playing at home
I just grabbed a few records and did my thing for a couple of hours on the first shift, reggae, disco, acid techno etc even dropped in a remix of never gonna give you up Rick Astley

I do love a bit of coloured vinyl. I know it shouldn’t make any difference but I fall for it every time.

Been replacing a lot of the albums I sold and it’s been great to get some of it on different colours and translucent vinyl.
