I've got an offer in for the ACNC. If it falls through is anyone else wanting to move one on? I missed one on here earlier in the year for £5k, but that was a steal tbf

I am guessing the parts for MM were underneath the playfield.

Jesus, what would the final final prices be ie what the buyer actually pays?

Buyer's premium: 20%
Online surcharge: 2% + VAT.

So 42%
Online just under 30% incl VAT but at the above prices the buyer better hope they are mostly working. Plus with several buyers bidding at auction it’s obvious all the parts are there, but at £5900 plus 30% it’s almost £7.7K in 2000 bits 🤷‍♂️

Probably slightly less bidding at auction but wow all went much higher that i had budgeted to bid 🤦‍♂️

Creature £3,300 (£4.2k) @ 24%
TAF £6,400 (£7.9k) @ 24%
TZ £4,000. ( £4.9k) @ 24%
MM with stripped pf £5,900 (£7.3k @ 24%) needing total re-build

Thats a lot of work to put back together but I imagine it could still sell for 10k easy once complete.

Too rich for me and the wife would murder me for buying a pile of parts.

at 7.7k just to buy the base game, once you have added all the replacement parts to get that to be a 10k game you have spent more then 10k, not sure that gamble has paid off for who ever purchased that game! And that does not include your time which would be free at this point lol.

For example:

Auctioneer: Lot 93 sold to floor bidder at £4,000

£4000 x 24% = £4960
£4000 x 2.4% = £96
----------------------------
£5056
----------------------------

I'd be interested to know if it already had replacement parts. It could have been a project halted and never finished.

For example:

Auctioneer: Lot 93 sold to floor bidder at £4,000

£4800 x 24% = £4960
£4000 x 2.4% = £96
----------------------------
£5056
----------------------------
My math is a little different? 24% of £4800 is £1152?

£4800 x 24% = £5,952?

I went to have a look as I wasn’t far away on the viewing day….

The Creech, TZ, and TAF needed quite a bit of love, playfields didn’t look too bad, cabs had typical bumps scuffs, could only open the back box of TZ, all looked complete and very clean.

MM had a box of parts on top of it, strangely not shown in the pictures. Quick peek in the box and certainly a lot of the pets were there, maybe all maybe not. Couldn’t open the back box as the key was no longer there, so boards??? The cabinet had quite a few scuffs. Two or three chocolate bars inside TAF so possibly that could offset the purchase price!

Kind of glad it went for so much, now I can happily wait for if/when the next MM remakes comes out.

Overall view of what the machines sold for, ‘bonkers’. And was tickled with the guy looking at TAF who was getting very excited about there being a book wedged in the far end of the cabinet below the back of the playfield 🙄

Chris.

5k is what l struggled to get for that exact ACNC a year or so ago so £900 pinflation is about right as he did fix the niggles l had with it which put buyers off on here

Yes mm is in da house. Well at least in da car for now.

All machines were in good condition much better than average. But dirty so need full strip and rebuild. Addams had stunning original playfield and was bought in the room by somebody new to pinball and he should be introducing himself here soon.

Not sure if you were 8n the room but if not I expect the creech should polish up well. Playfield was good and I was amazed at how little wear there was around the flipper buttons. Could have been redecalled at some point but looked pretty stock to me. Boards were all there and no battery damage as batteries had been removed. Lots of dirt though.
