A restock of parts from Pinball Resource today, so a very small number of Gottlieb flipper kits, coils and spring kits are now available. I don't know how much longer I will order from Pinball Resource as their payment methods get harder and harder (more expensive ) to meet. So could be the last...
It’s a very low rated fuse. It may just be fatigued by being turned off and on many times. You’ll soon find out when you fit a new fuse. It would be prudent to inspect your displays. Look into the glass and you will see a number of horizontal fine wires inside the glass envelope. If any of these...
If the internal contacts of the matching switch are no good you can short the wires externally with a crocodile clip or similar to see if the wiring To the cpu is good.
if that works then replace the switch. If theres no difference when the wires are joined, then either the wires are not...
I’m confused. Your original post said you could only advance upwards 1 through 23 etc but if you missed you couldn’t go back down.
Your last post says that you can only decrement, in which case you won’t be able to exit adjustment mode because you can only do that going up.
I suggest you take...
You most likely have a battery connection issue. You don’t need to exit the tests for them to save. Each is saved immediately. The fact that you get factory restore means your batteries are not doing their job.
I can't see them coming in at less than £350 (Old Bally) i guess. Fortunately, I can only recall ever having the need to replace a transformer once in 25 years. Maybe I've been fortunate. The Bally rectifier boards are easily replaced and I've done dozens of those.
Last time I'll mention it. I'm off after end of trade tomorrow. Orders placed after 3pm tomorrow will not ship until the 3rd October. The 10% discount runs until the 2nd October. Coupon code is UKpinball23

Reminder that if you are ordering the odd nut and bolt, or thing that will go in a flat padded envelope, you can set your country to TOGO at checkout to access a...
I think the OP is referring to the 10 opto logic board not the clock board.
Just because the unplugging of the 10 opto board makes the ground short disappear doesn’t mean the problem is on that board.
You need to put it in switch test, unplug all the plugs for switches to the cpu, and then...
10% discount continues until 2nd October. I shall be closed last week of September but orders will still be accepted, and discount can be used. Items will ship in October for orders after the 23rd September.
I have just updated the pinball repair pages on the new website. I've taken out some engineers that are not currently active, and added one or two additions. If you offer repair services, and want to be added let me know. For those of you already listed, please check that the details are...
I have a couple of 5 target units you’re welcome to. One is complete Atari, the other is the frame for a Williams. All the parts are available to rebuild the Williams one.
With the power off, try pushing the square socketed chip on the cpu firmly into its socket. Press round the edges with your thumb until it stops creaking.
