World Cup sweepstake thread

not a football fan but my kids love it so have to play the part, count me in if there's still places left
 
I'm excited to see the video that you're doing!! I got bloody Japan, Algeria and Mexico in my work draw so I hope I do better here!
 
we all have a number from 1 to 32 (see above) so i wrote 1-32 on a load of Hershey Kisses and will go through all the teams alphabetically picking a number for each team. it should be pretty painless

as i'm recording it rather than streaming it, to avoid any suggestion that i could keep doing the draw until i get a team i want for myself, i will be doing the draw only once, when my laptop says it's 7:45pm, so i can get it done in time for the Netherlands-Spain game. if i do happen to get a good team, i don't want you basta_rds all claiming i rigged it.

i'll write up the draw later, then it's time for the needling to begin. if, for example, your team is playing your mate's team, any jostling, public statements that you are the underdog or their mother is good in bed etc are encouraged. also PM insults or other mindgames all allowed. biting, scratching and gouging are all not just permitted but actively encouraged.
