Walking dead remastered

It’s bad enough that a designer uses the same crayon palette yet again and another uninspiring vomit of colours all over the playfield, but doesn’t anyone senior at Stern look at this and say it’s not good enough? Do they really all think this is the mutts nutts?
 
Does anyone else think Stern are in trouble with this? Horror theme with unicorn rainbow colours! Above comment of vomit of colours is about as accurate a description to me as anything. Spooky and Barrels of Fun are rising up the ladder. JJP have done what they need to with Harry Potter. Stern are churning out the same bright colourful nonsense they have done for a while and it all looks the same. Bright and colourful is not what this game needed 😢
 
Its growing on me a bit, looks better in the video than the stills, probably more of a shock being such a departure from the original, while MetR seemed to be more of an evolution.

I don't think they are in trouble but I don't think it sells well. Other than walker bombs original pro is better than prem anyway imo. Art isn't popular, LCD isn't show clips or comic art so neither of what people were asking for. It's all down to what they add in the code imo, METr is much better than the original with the code updates, they need TWDr to be just as good or better.

11k for new prem or 4.5k for that lovely pro on here is no contest atm

Yeah that looks great. I really thought they were going the comic book route. I don't HATE the new one but it's an odd choice for the theme. The OG is **** ugly for sure but it had personality at least.
 
bought my twd le brand new in december 2014 and still have it, hard game but good in a line up, if mine is worth around 7.5 k and this one is 15.5 k that 8 grand difference has made any chance of my fomo disappear straight away, as gonzo says in his video, owners breathe a sigh of relief
 
I don't get it. The original was hardly amazing. Horrible feeds from the well area and the crossbow of doom. Much better games deserve a remaster. Tron and Ghostbusters for a start.
 
I think some owners will breath a sigh of relief due to the negativity but if this was my absolute favourite game I’d 100% go for a remaster. Lovely big screen with what looks like very nicely done animations, fresh art work all over and yet to see what they’ve done with the code yet but if Metallica is anything to go by it’ll be superb. Let’s not forget TWD has the potential for some amazing light shows too which no doubt the remaster will have.
 
I just watched the reveal again on the OLED. I think I like it 🤣. Looks badass, I love the side art with Daryl crossbowing a zombie in the noggin. I'm on board I think.
