You could always turn it into a business. How much to retouch the mini playfield on my DW?
 
Nice one, I think if you remove the lamp inserts around that damage you could do a decent repair
 
Hi if this is just for on site work I am sure Jeff at classic arcades in the states did a overlay that would cover all that (just checked for you and its on ebay item number 300745638211) $40 plus $10 postage ,I know a looong time ago Dave Kingston at Pinball Pleasure had a Dr Who Playfield (this is Dave at Pinball Pleasure who is nothing to do with the old Pinball Paradise)Dave has been selling and repairing pinballs for many many years ,just google Pinball Pleasure for his site
