When test fitting the new metal apron I noticed there was a gap, not big enough for the ball to pass through but could possibly stop a slow moving ball.
So I sourced some brushed steel angle.
Cut and drilled and fixed in place making a small recess for the trough led strip cable.
Test fitted the metal apron and much better.
Found some screw in posts, cut and drilled some old plastic post sleeves and fitted them to apron so I can fix the apron flashers to them as I didn’t want to fix them to the apron.
Also added some cable clips so no cables hanging around to potentially get trapped.
