Black pyramid was ballys cost cutting phase. At least gold ball had an odd coloured ball. Shame they didn't recover from the 83 crash like Williams did

Looks like mine, but it was only a cab restore and new decals. I think maybe mirror blades but honestly can't remember.

Playfield is original but I fitted a custom 3D printed mountain and cliffy to the scoop at the top.

Ramp flap was repaired at the top too.

It had led OCD or afterglow for the inserts.

Powder coated, legs, rails and hinges.

Priced higher than what I sold it for, but thems the breaks!

Though mine had a topper.. maybe it was removed?

Complete - HS2: The (quick) Getaway

Cabinet restore and new decals applied. New hinges and legs. Powder coated black legs, hinges and rails. New leg levellers, backbox latch and bolts/screws. Wiring harnesses cleaned and cabinet interior cleaned. Fixed ramp ripped flap New mirror blades. This will be up for sale shortly.

He removed the topper due to ceiling height and it's not the first time he's listed it but I guess the sale must have fallen through.

Just a bad time to be selling pins full stop. Our wonderful government has ensured 99% of the population have been ****ed over with mortgage payments, energy bills, petrol costs, food prices etc.

Unless you're a banker or politician of course. Then you're richer than ever
 
There’s several games I’d like to have at home for a few hundred plays but know they won’t be keepers. Before I’d hope that I’d buy them used and sell for about the same but now I’m not sure I want to take the risk on something unless I know I’ll be ok with keeping it.

Less new buyers + current pinheads very wary of prices buying / selling even if they have the money means it’s grinding to a halt .
People in a holding pattern to see where pricing goes.
Without a doubt the most uncertain time I have seen . I think we all wish we had the pre covid world back 🙄
 
Well I'm not flooding the market now .

Two weeks ago I'd have snapped up that getaway for a filler but now it would have no where to go
 
Be interesting to see where we are in 12months. NIB games aren't dropping in price. But will buyers start hanging onto their cash if their £8600 Stern pro drops £2-3k in the first couple of years?

Timing is key with some sales I think. It's still a niche hobby with a finite amount of buyers.

Maiden is worth £6k all day. I sold mine for more than that a couple of months ago. EBay auctions mean the buyer has to find the cash in the next 7 days. If they need to wait til pay day then they don't bid and the auction ends at a lower price. Also add in the fear creeping into the hobby that the bubble has burst and people are hanging on to their cash....

Good time to be a buyer. Bad time to be a seller
