First thing you need to do is:

A> rip out those LEDs and replace with bulbs.
OR
B> add an LED OCD board.
---
C> doing nothing; will leave you with non-standard lighting on a game where subtleties in the insert lighting is a design feature.

I am going to need some help and advice when it arrives.
Led OCD board what, where, how?
Up to date non toby etc. plastics supplier please
How to prevent further wear to magnet, cliffy? where will I get one or is it too late?
Do I need a shaker motor what ,how, where?
Do you recommend a multi colour dot matrix
Anything else to make it cooler?

Do any of you guys go to work?

I wanted one fully loaded, but I just had to do it. you know how it is.

Or just play it and see if you even notice what above comment is talking about, it never bothered me on mine and I'm pretty anal about my machines.

Do need incandescents on 4 inserts as they go through different stages of brightness and LED's won't replicate..... presume unless you use OCD board which I know nothing about!

Just play it before you spend any cash on it. Your quoted shopping list could amount around £500 already.

LED OCD: http://ledocd.com/ (you'll have to source one elsewhere, as @stoptap suggested, as Herg won't ship internationally)
Regular Bulbs (to replace the LEDs): https://www.onestoppinball.co.uk/products/555-bulbs
Non-Toby Plastics: http://www.backalleycreations.com/bac spiderman pinball addons.html
Cliffy: https://www.onestoppinball.co.uk/products/carbon-fibre-magnet-ring-cliffy-protector (get the 2nd from left in Carbon Fibre)
Shaker: https://www.pinball.co.uk/shop/spares-accessories/shaker-motor-kit-502-5027-00/ (SAM option), @Sven Normansson also makes them in small batches from time-to-time.
ColorDMD: http://www.pinballdisplays.co.uk/product-p/spidy-colordmd.htm (Spidey is one of my least favourites in Colour, but still a big improvement over Orange)

Yes, harder than i really should for my salary.

You can always sell it later and get another.

Well that's my weekend sorted!
Thank you so much for all your help.
Managed to source my Rocky on this site (never thought that would happen).
Also Big Brave Back glass and spares
And now a Spidey.
If I've got anything left after I've been Spidey shopping I will send a donation to the site.
Regards, Tom

( Non-Toby Plastics lol).

Now then, you have opened up a can of worms as I work in the Glass industry......... got a meeting this afternoon with a glass toughening plant and will see what they can come up with.

http://www.pinballdecals.com/NonGlareOpticalGlassPage.html

^^thats what you need...

"Normal Glass produces a measurable visible glare of 8% Reflection.
PDI Optical Non Glare Glass measures between a Maximum Tolerance of 0.5% - 0.7%"

And if you can get a good price people here would no doubt be interested!

Ok, So I found out that there are non reflective films available for application to standard toughened glass which will greatly improve reflection issues.
I am having some samples done just to see what results can be achieved.
I doubt the tolerances will be as low as PDI Optical but should get a vast improvement, will keep you posted if interested.
