Noticed on the ukvac flyers at the NERG show that the SCS 2014 being advertised. Only in small print and in the style of Indiana Jones.
So Will, What do you have to say to that ?

Hope its coming off, cause lots of people missed this years event. Fingers crossed for 2014.

Slam 2012 was my first show, where I got to meet Sgt GrizZ, Ronsplooter and Paul for the first time. I said hi to Will but he was a bit manic. I understood it not coming back in 2013 as Will had the little one to think of but it really was such a great show, it can't be allowed to just pass into oblivious like this. Lets start a petition.:rolleyes:
 
I'd imagine it's a go-er, don't think Rav would have put it on the flyers if he didn't think it was a possibility of pulling it off. Be nice for you south coasters to have an event too :)
 
I'm sure between the pin community and the Vaccers it should be possible to arrange it though? :)

Well yes anything is possible, but anyone who has put on a Show over a number of years will testify to the epic amount of behind the scenes organising/grief that goes hand in hand with it. Its not something that can be entered into half heartedly, the mojo needs to be there bigtime.
 
Yeah, your right about that mate, having done our own wee Scottish meet and helped behind the scenes at NERG and Revival there is a huge amount that goes on in the background.
Reminds me I have to get back to venue hunting :eek:

Will doesn't yet understand that once UKVAC get involved, 'there ain't no end'. It's like Hotel California, "You can lose your MoJo any time you like, but you can never..." Or like getting involved with the Mob...you get the idea.
