I
don't think il be traveling to Glasgow any time soon but I'm sure if anyone is interested and passing it would be a good shoutToo nice for the price, my inkling says no real as well but nothing about this screams scam at me either. I'd check it out and see if its legit at least. Only thing is it says it will be shipped, I'd be dubious if you wern't allowed to inspect it for some reason.
If they don't mind getting their head kicked in by the scammersdon't think il be traveling to Glasgow any time soon but I'm sure if anyone is interested and passing it would be a good shout![]()
Did investigate the site and it's a hell of a wierd one. The things posted on there I wish I hadn't seenSeems a bit cheap for a good condition TOM. It could be someone who's had it a while and is unaware of the pinflation of recent years. That being said, it looks like a an ad from someone more in touch with the community (Has own personal mods installed, etc) than a random "Bought a pin 10 years ago and need the space" one-off buyer.
Its also an unexpected machine for scammers to use I'd have thought - They usually go for the higher value/ popular MM/ MB/ TAF etc 4 - 5k+ machines don't they? I wouldn't expect them to go for something this obscure (Its not that well known or popular a machine for the maximum desirability that you'd expect a scammer to want).
Nice bargain if legit but, as said above, if its pay up front and "we'll ship it, honest" then stay well away. Heck I'd want some backup just to go pick it up in person. I've heard bad things about Craigslist in general.
Shame its not down south really. We could easily whistle up a decent sized mob with torches and pitchforks to investigate further then![]()
I wouldn't buy without a viewing or second opinions, just thought it was an interesting one that's we I posted on heredon't touch Craigslist with anything.
Buy from reputable buyers/sellers/collectors on here at (usually) fair prices with (usually) fairly accurate descriptions.
If it's too good to be true on Craigslist, then 99% chance it is. Are you willing to take that gamble with thousands of £'s for the remaining 1% that just might be genuine?
Definitely a wierd in I asked if I were able to view it he said yes and gave me the postcode and said he could ship for £200
Looks like a bit of a dodgy site to meHas anyone in the UK ever bought or sold a machine on Craigslist? I automatically assume everything on it is a scam

Maybe nobody checks Craigslist for pinball machines?Just checked the listing original placed 27 Jan. I feel if it is real then it would of been sold well before now.
