Started the kitchen move, removing the cabinets, to be re-used in the new space.
Plumber has started the hot and cold water pipe runs
Also need more electricity into the old pin room, these will follow the water pipes around the top of the ceiling. Once all in, we will board up and plaster them in.

We decided it would be better to move the kitchen and dining room into the pin room. Then the old kitchen will become the pin room and the dining room could either have more pins or maybe a bar or seating…..
Very late to the party, but what an amazing thread, and I'm looking forward to seeing the next chapter.

I’m going to have to sell quite a few pins. Most are tombstoned, so I’ll have to wait until new pin room is finished, then set them up and photograph them.Seems fair enough to me. Looks like you still have Elektra too - have you been exposed ?

Phase 1 complete. New kitchen done.

progress on the new pinroom, last bits of old kitchen ripped out, in go new sockets and leftover cupboards from the old kitchen in new spot. Between them under the window will be new work bench.
Walls and ceiling filled, sanded, painting has begun.
Once it’s all painted then it’s the workbench, with some drawers / cupboard underneath and then new flooring. The utility room next door is also getting redecorated and the same new flooring. Hopefully all done in another two weeks.
Final thing I’ll need to add is some spot lights rails to the ceiling, if more light is needed??

New pinroom ready. Yey! I’ll start setting my games up tomorrow.
I’m really excited to have some storage cupboards and a workbench too!
The only downside is I’ve got less room than before so some of my pins will be up for sale soon……
