It's typical, I do have socket sets and spanners but I've lost all the ones that I might need!
[emoji3]I hate adjustable spanners. I'd much rather use the correct sized spanner for the job.
There will be one that roughly fits no doubt, but it won't fit perfectly - e.g. 5/8" = 15.8750mm, so a 16mm would fit, but would be loose, hence there's a small risk of damaging the nut you are removing or replacing. If you are buying them specifically for this job, then the imperial ones are what you want.Does it really matter if they are metric or imperial? I thought that was just the way they were measured!? There surely will be a spanner in that set that fits the nuts on leg levellers!?
dont know but u could always drill centre out with a cobalt drill(worse case)To clarify is this £11.99 set with coloured handles the hollow shaft version?
