@Garry Sp8 - This is ES5 technology in this machine. If the laser has failed you can not get replacements.
This is why I advise people only to buy ES5.1 or ES6 NSM technology (most the time they dont listen)....... This uses a different laser that you can replace the laser diode for about £20.
If the laser goes all you can do is pop in a used one - that will usually cost a couple of hundred quid for a working used one - that could last a week or 10 years.
When they work they are great machines. Have wonderful amps.
Even if you go the touch screen conversion way with these - it is still expensive to convert. I have literally thrown away 40 of these when I used to buy job lots. I couldnt sell them as I couldnt warranty the technology. If the laser worked, I would sell them as-is on ebay. Kept the page turners and kept the doors as these are interchangeable across all the wall mounters. Gave the PCBs to a mate to sell on his site. The old fashioned wizard was the least popular. Most popular are performer wall 2000 and emerald ice.
If I was you put it on ebay on a £1 listing day for £1 start and take what you can get.
ON THE OTHER HAND. If the laser is okay - most of this post is not applicable. What is it doing and not doing? Have you checked all the fuses?
