Hi
I'm trying to remove the side rail from a modern Stern to get all the bits powder coated as I tend to do on the Sterns.
Never had a problem before but with this one the nut and bolt near the right flipper turn together. Can hold the nut but fine with a spanner but there's very little if anything to grab hold of on the head of the bolt. Have tried using mole grip pliers but even they don't work.
Here's the pics of the screw and nut holding the side rial in where they turn together and there's nothing to grip onto.

Anyone have any ideas please or is it a matter of trying to resort to drilling out the bolt?
Cheers
Greg
