I bought two items on eBay. One was damaged in transit. The seller was awkward about it. He was rather aggressive on the phone demanding that I left feedback before he would refund any money.
I got tired of it, didn't like receiving the multiple inbound calls from the seller so I left honest negative feedback.
This morning I received a partial refund and my feedback has been deleted.
I received no correspondence from eBay about this. Just the Paypal refund.
Does anyone know how this feedback deletion system works ? Noone at Ebay or Paypal asked me whether I was happy with the partial refund
