Although I think the TAFG is way overpriced I warmed to the seller. Anyone who bothers to advise newbies to actually view the machine gets big plus points in my book.

Don't think I ever realised that the gold version had a buy in button. Horrid things, never ever use them.

+1 on the buy in button, never use them.

I'm bemused by the fact he thinks buying a table that has already doubled in price is a good investment....sounds like pre-bubble burst way of thinking.

It was, but didn't they sell all 1000 within a day? No hype needed when you've shifted 20,000. I can't say I agree with the stern le/pro thing. Smacks of "sharp" business.

I totally agree, and the pro/premium thing ****es me off, if Stern sold the AC/DC Premium at pro prices I would buy one today. Seems the pro is so bad Pinball Heaven won't even sell it anymore.

Sent the same question myself - no answer as yet! NE could be anywhere from Hull to the border of Scotland!

No, but they've since annotated the auction demanding 'cash on collection'. Based on these communications skills; perhaps this is a seller to avoid. It's already starting to get pricey too.

Not much chance of getting a viewing if he won't even post the location, no answer when I asked.

struggling to get excited about this one. Think it might be my all time least fav game

Dreads will be all over this :)

played X Files

Your boob pics and interesting Japanese porn are all well and good Mr Bradford but you've gone too far this time......we won't tolerate language like that here ;)

That will go for a steal I reckon ..........timing is all wrong, too close to Xmas for most people to be bothered. Reminds me of the Frankenstein I snagged on Boxing Day a couple of years ago for a *very* reasonable price ;) ...............

But it's shyte, so unless someone picks it up for 400-500 quid. Why bother.

Based on what i've seen £800 for a Gilligans is pretty good going. The guy selling the knackered TFTC in Louth has one but he's asking for well over £1K for his IIRC.

No clue on who the Funhouse belongs to. Don't recognise the sellers name but i'd be interested to know where they're located as i'm in North Lincolnshire too. Can't be too many Pinheads up this way.

As mentioned it's odd how it went from battery damaged to fully working so rapidly. Their diagnosis of battery damage must have been based on something more than it just not powering up.

Don't think he ever mentioned battery damage, just wouldn't fire up.

Would be nice to get a viewing in on this, but I'm not going to bother trying.

No ...but its been sat in a garage for 10 years, and if someone left the batteries in then there is a good chance those bad boys have performed the acid death dance. Might be lucky, might just be a fuse :D

I stand corrected. Someone had inferred battery damage due to the exact reasons Grizz mentions, but it wasn't explicitly stated in the advertisement.

After specifically asking for accurate location information, telling them where i am a point of reference and then getting a short "North Lincolnshire" reply; I 'm of exactly the same opinion.

Would love a cheap-ish FH project for the Spring, really like the game - some great nostalgia for me, but cant frigg'd with squirmy sellers.

No Deal. I'm out. You're fired. etc.
