I didn't see this one and i have checked Feebay everyday.. no bids i see.. very strange listing this as all of us missed it.. hummm

I check almost every day too and didn't see it either. It says 'sold for' so presume went as a BIN almost as soon as listed to one very lucky buyer...!!

Just had a reply back from the AFM guy on ebay, it wasn't sold...

"No i didn't sell it unfortunately, It was owned by someone i know who wanted to sell it on ebay - i listed it online for him but he suddenly changed his mind [weird] "

Maybe to shed a bit of light on this one, last year when I was lookin for an afm these same pics came up from a seller on gumtree up in Irvine nxt to Glasgow.Same story about his uncle.
As I was only a couple hours drive away I said I'll drive up,he never got back,be careful with this one!!!

Funny that, someone else told me tonight this machine has been listed several times, shilled and/or withdrawn from sale when won...

Always keep an open mind when bidding.
If something seems to good to be true it usually is. Keep alert people and don't fall for any dodgy deals.

Must admit i am scratching my head on this Feebay one.. listed around 6am in the morning (who lists stuff at 6am in the morning!!!!!) then pulled within an hr... so someone is possibly "testing" the market for bids etc from 6am to 7am in the morning... WTF??

Or seller hoping to scam someone early in the morning before too many people see it and post messages about it?

The only way I can see that making him any money at 2500 BIN is if someone pays him by PayPal or bank transfer straight away

Remember ebay do police the site and pull auctions/ads that they're not happy with, it doesn't have to be the individual. Also it could have been on someones hacked account and ebay stepped in. Lots of possibilities.

I had someone hack my eBay and PayPal earlier this year and bought a new iPad 3. No idea how they I'd it but there was no evidence on my eBay and on my PayPal there was no evidence of them changing the delivery address. But through my PayPal I managed to intercept the seller and warn them (after I had reported it).

Usually if ebay ends a listing it "disappears" it doesn't come up in completed listings and you can't link to it, and if you were watching it...suddenly it just there any more....

yeah Rover's Return from the 90's...some geezer probably found them somewhere presumed they were "collectable" pinball items

High Speed on ebay - Is the seller on here? He's got a big stock list...anyone had any dealings with him?

no not that one, the listing title is "pinball machines" ! listed last night....just off the M25
