What a tosser. They have wasted everyones time in every auction they have ever run.

Its your call but other members are only trying to put you in the picture and after the playfield incident I hope nobody off this forum or the Yahoo group ever buys anything off the guy.
Most people on both groups are great guys and girls and in the hobby to premote and help out most people. When you get guys like happyslapper who is only into the hobby to make money and lie to get free offering from other members then it gives everyone in the hobby a bad name.
Nothing like this ever happened and because more and more people are jumping onto the pinball bandwaggon to make a quick buck its become a dark place when you have people like pp and happyslapper ripping people off and its usually the newbies just starting out in the hobby who get taken for a ride.
 
Yeah it's ****ing minging. Description should read " the pf is ****ing minging and probably needs a full strip and shopping out so I've started the bidding at 99p."

But it doesn't. Funny that.
 
Haha thought it looked grubby! Was interested as it was semi close and been hooked playing the new Starwars pinball app lately. Would have a DE SW if a nice one was available at right price.
 
It might be dirty but it's still a better bargain than that pile of crap that keeps turning up on eBay listed at over £2k. Y'know the one with all the broken plastics and stuff which doesn't work. ;)
 
Indeed. I noticed it came back on a day or so ago. Three to choose from at the moment. I fired my usual time wasting email to him for more playfield pics as it looks very dirty etc etc
 
I seem to be getting a bit of a penchant for DE tables to be honest. Already got the R&B and quite fancy a SW and a JP. No room for now and a wedding to pay for so i'll have to sit on my hands a while longer. By the time I can afford it i'd think the DE tables will be all I can afford anyway. :rofl:

These are not one and the same person.

I have met Kristian on a couple of occasions now, (I have also met Andy Reed, deffo not the same person!) he is friendly and straightforward to deal with. He has bought several of my machines (most now sold on ebay) but he paid cash and a price that i was willing to accept. Of course these machines could have gone straight to the end-user for less, but he was quick to get in touch and agreed a deal in very little time when others had asked for photos first.

However his recent actions in selling Jonathan's free playfield were awful.

Just to put a bit of perspective on the situation, IMO DE SW is a £1200 pin when it's in super nice, fully shopped condition and that is top end price. That dirty one is maybe £900 tops as long as it's all there and working and it's just dirt that needs to be dealt with. It seems like the people are seeing the ones posted at £2K plus and are starting to think that one for £1500 is a good deal :) My advice would be to be patient if your after one of these, get to know people in the community and they're will be one out there at the right price for you :D

Totally agree. A perfect example of the insane effect ebay has on pin values. Better brace yrselves for the Xmas silly season cos its gonna get a whole lot worse :eek:

You're probably not far off the mark with that one. Nothing against the guy, never met him but I have been told tales of his 'shopped' machines before.
 
All this eBay price talk,I've put a game on there and here with no hidden nasties and I can't foooookin give it away aaaaaaaaggghhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
