Those stories always make me laugh. Who even *wants* a partner who aggressively dislikes or blackmails you against a passion or hobby of yours?
 
Haha, I thought that last comment would have come from Dan. ;)

But yeah seems a sad state of affairs. My missus was the total opposite and has been pretty good about allowing me to take up a fair amount of one of our rooms with a hulking great Pinball. Think i'll have to settle for one for the time being, at least until we get somewhere with a proper man cave.
 
So you went to see a seller with with an X Files and a T2 and yet somehow managed to come back without the T2?!?:confused:

Be interesting to know how long the X-files lasts.
 
Couldn't afford the T2 that's why I didn't come home with it......obviously!
 
But in all fairness, I don't understand the Sega haters. I've loved Bally/Williams pins and I wasn't to enthusiastic about collecting this but it was all my budget would allow after a few recent let downs sales....but after getting it home, setting it up and a few hours play the whole family love it.
Some people call it a poor mans TOM because of the ramps, loops etc but I never thought in a million years it would be this good..
Can't see it leaving the man cave anytime soon, but then again I thought the same about my Gameshow and Vector and they both went last week.

Having had custody of a T2 recently, a game I played *to death* back in the day and responsible for this crazy addiction, I can say that it bored me very, very quickly. Which I wasn't expecting :confused: Faced with the choice, I would prob go X Files ....I know , I know I can't believe I just typed that :D

Just a heads up for anyone looking at that Roadshow. Game has not been powered on in last four years and is not currently working. Seller is also not sure where the keys are, and I haven't yet had my offer to take a look at the machine accepted.
 
I would offer less and go from there. 3K would be the max for both machines, and thats if they are in good condition. Start low and good luck if you are going for them.
