Hmmm, allegedly the cabinet is I. Very good condition....hate to see one in average condition.....I could see the wear without zooming in....
He has a Pinbot where he states the cabinet is a 6.5 and it looks a lot better than Monster Bash where he gave a 9.0. Maybe it's a 9 out of 100..

Perhaps they wanted it to made a model of it, looking at the sellers other items it's the person who makes the arcade models. But they also have a few arcade games, can't help thinking they've done the same to other trusting people.
