See lots of American folks using these to clean up parts on pins and video games. This is the first one I've seen for sale in the UK, looks a bit small though.
Gonna buy one and post a review.
EDIT: Turns out there's now quite a few for sale. Search for "case tumbler".

I have one - Great bit of kit for polishing up metal posts/nuts/screws... throw in there with some walnut media and some autosol, and put on for a few days....

The other is Cord Cob. Corn cob is more course.... Walnut isn't as good as getting the crap off, however it also polishes.... So maybe a day or two in Corn Cob and then a day or two in Walnut...
It's not a short thing....
and i can say ive never seen a new one for less than around £65... The Lyman, IMO, is the best...
Thanks dude! Yeah I think I saw a website couple of months back selling small tumblers for like £300+. No way was I gonna pay that.

Bit harsh maybe. It does say pictures coming soon. Lots of people do that because they like to list on a Sunday night as its a high traffic time on eBay but don't have the pics ready. I'm sure they'll add pics soon.

Lol! It was harsh, I'm just baffled by people who can sit down and go through the trouble of creating an eBay listing but can't be bothered to walk up to their game and snap a photo or 2. Surely it was more effort to write "photo coming soon" on a piece of paper and take a photo of that, than just walking up to the actual game in the first place?
I have delved into eBay for pinball machines in the past three months. You just can't underestimate how little some folk know about them. There are guys out there who will have never lifted the playfield.
Pinball is a specialised business. But there are guys out there who buy a single game and get lucky. Nothing goes wrong for as year or two then they sell. Or they get unlucky and sell as broken. Or they get really unlucky, it breaks, they spend £300 getting it repaired then they struggled to sell it.

Anyway I've bought the Lyman and gonna experiment with some of these different media's.
They're good! I borrow a friends. 24-72 hours depending on what you're polishing. Walnut harder than corn, so better at brightening up duller parts but corn gets the better shine. Do one then the other. I found a little splash of Brasso really helps or AUTOSOL. Personally I like to let the tumbler do the hard work and do the final polish by hand on the buffing wheel.
Hate to admit it @DRD but although the art on this is stunning the game is rather boring. I nearly bought one as my first pin. Glad I spared myself!Shame that the game is dull as f*ck
