This is next week right? Sorry I've used that line already, I'll get me coat.
None of the 4 can be certified with current rules.
Plenty of time for someone to figure it out. Think of it as a puzzle![]()
Wow, just wow.None of the 4 can be certified with current rules.
Plenty of time for someone to figure it out. Think of it as a puzzle![]()
I think I've wet myself, oh hold on It was what happened when I was thirteen. I'll get me coat !!!How anyone can react to this news with anything other than huge excitement is absolutely beyond me!
I don’t even know what TGP is.
I had to google it: TGP = Tournament Grading Percentage. Most people don't, but top players will have an understanding of it so it helps attract them.
It's basically saying how much points a tournament is worth and when you need international players to spend money to visit Thetford its important. I doubt they'd visit otherwise![]()
I had to google it:
So it's OK for you, and numerous other experts, to post on a different thread about a different competition and how 'simple' it is to amend the format, but when I politely point out that the rules published don't allow for this comp (over 10 months away!) to be certified I'm vilified.
I'm guessing the WhatsApp chats are in overdrive, based on previous screenshots I've witnessed. (Specifically saying how the format of the Pinfest comps - remarkably similar to the EAPO are "a $hit$how", commenting on the locations of them and even criticising the organiser.)
Being childish and vindictive would be not to say anything, wait until the results are submitted to the IFPA and THEN point out the error meaning the comp had the potential for losing a big chunk of WPPRs, or to suggest how they could make THEIR competition better, disregarding all of the hard work and effort they have put in to this so far. I guess that's the two-facedness of certain individuals here.
Yes it’s a whole new world ……Was that exciting reading for you?![]()
Total Games Played right?Great news. Now I know what TGP means I’m so excited.![]()
