Hi guys,
My Rocky & Bullwinkle suffers from paint scratched off in the Bullwinkles nose area. This seems quite common, and every one I've seen has the same issue, cause by a pivot for Bullwinkles arm directly behind this area.
I have put padding on the pivot to prevent it happening again, and now I would like to repair the missing paint.
It seems someone has already done this quite successfully, but it has scratched off again.
So my question is, firstly does anyone know the type of paint I should get for painting on the backglass (it is a proper backglass, not translate). Also, does anyone know the closest colour?
Secondly, to make a neat job I was thinking I would firstly remove the existing paint which has been used to repair this area, rather than painting on top of the old paint.
My other idea, which I'm not sure how feasible it actually is, is to make a sticker to go on the ourside of the backglass to cover this area - but I'm not sure how I would get this in a format to print!
Anyway, any advice would be gratefully received,
Cheers, Mark
