Simpsons Playfield - Wall Mount

I have just bought my first used playfield with the intent of mounting it on the wall, I would like to wire the LED bulbs onto the back side so if anyone has done this I would be happy for the advice

Lighting an old playfield for wall art ??

Evening troops I have an old playfield here that I have been thinking about using as wall art . I have seen people have the inserts illuminated which looks really cool. Whats the best way to go about this you reckon ? LED strips ?? Would you need to block out other holes to prevent light...

Put in addressable LED strings!

Got mine from eBay addressable with quite a few different settings that really works well. I used a Staple gun with a piece of insulation to protect the cable as you fit the lights.
about £13 if I recall.

Looked back on my eBay and can’t find the original purchase, but found this set which looks similar.
I cut little pieces of heat shrink to protect the lights as I stapled. It will require usb supply.
