Oh yes!! Straight in off the pavement. Not even a threshold to get over. And double patio door entry! Flat chosen especially with pinball in mind. Upstairs can't hear me. Oh yes, and my motorbike fits nicely in one corner of the lounge. No ladies present....no surprise there then.
