I rarely even look at machines on ebay, have a look at the ebay thread, the consensus there is its a scam http://www.pinballinfo.com/community/threads/ebay-auctions-2017.35282/page-47#post-223856

I'm guessing some genuinely good-hearted souls spotted the scam & bidded the item up to £14,000 out of harms way.
The thread on it is fascinating. Impressive that people can remember the picture from years ago.
