Here we go again, the end of another year in this crazy hobby and time to reflect on your pin movements for the year. Here's the last 3 years for you to compare ( if you posted your activity ) 2017, 2016, 2015
Not a crazy year for me, but still 5 in and 4 out....

Also babysitting 2, AFMr and LOTR.
Had The Mafia machine at my house for a week and it IS good fun, although it'll never sell at that price ( I'm sure they've been told that enough times now )

I'm not sure how 2019 will go, I do seem to be slowing down, getting to the stage where I don't want anything to leave. Saying that there will be loads of new machines out so nothing is safe :D.

Events/comps/meets
Pinfest at Daventry was awesome, we really enjoyed that weekend.
NLP at play expo Blackpool was great fun too.
2 x South West league meets including my first ever win.
The Christmas Cracker at Terry Sullivan's was good fun as always as was the Festive Pinball Gathering at Special When Lit
Really looking forward to @Neil McRae 's comp this weekend
Thanks to @ianw for a visit to his amazing games room plus treating us to a fireworks display :)

All in all, a pretty great year to be a pinhead.

Merry Xmas and a happy new year to all.

In - Not planning on making any more purchases. Never say never though.

I’d like a Maiden, but the prices are daft. Maybe wait a few years for used games, if they’re still working by then.
 
Out is skewed this year due to clearing the house but was 42
In 24 including the first ever 2 NIBs at retail prices not close outs (Phil's gob was smacked)
Nice to go to one show without humping machines : Play London
Highlights taking BM66 out of its box. Pinfest including the upgraded room. Meeting William Shatner and realising us pinheads are light weight geeks compared to Trekkies
Lowlight Thunderbirds . Dream theme but just didn't click

2019
Fingers crossed Munsters is not only awesome but at a realistic price
Hope to get a JJP game next year
Aim to show Atari Superman at a show . It's nearly there!
 
After 15 years 2018 was the year to finally take the plunge and get back into playing and owning pins again. Great decision the spark for this hobby is definitely back for me!

Took me ages to collect the ipdb top 10 in excellent condition. Had a bit of a disaster tax wise and had to raise some cash so a dozen went and it broke my heart. Steadily grown the collection back up but bought a pool table so I couldn’t fit so many games in my room. I’ve got fewer now (12 or so) rather than 18, re-got my favourites. All in excellent fully modded, toppered condition - no real theme to the collection as such, quite a few sterns in there. Looking forward to getting another Ac/dc to complete the Met/maiden/dc heavy rock mini collection.

Also my forecast for 2019:

Much quieter!
Assuming I get the use of my arm back :)

In:
Ac/dc premium (luci, summer) for sure,
Maybe gotg and/or deadpool.
Maybe Munsters.
Generally very happy at what I’ve got and owned.

Out:
Hmm, maybe one of my Toms (got a project I’m restoring)
If I need the room, maybe the Spider-Man but no current plans as I’m happy with the collection.
