Friend of mine is looking to buy a Wurlitzer that plays original vinyl 45's. Does anyone on the forum know of any around or a reliable person that sells these?
A bubbler is not cheap - and a wurlitzer has plastic castings, and are made of chip board !
In all seriousness - if he wants a bubbler - buy a sound leisure.
Wurlitzer are the worst quality out.
Rock Ola make 45 jukes still but they sound awful (and are £2K more than sound leisure).

If you decide to go down that way (get a decent warranty and have a really great looking machine that will blow a wurltizer out the water) then speak to Chris Black and say Phil Docker sent you.
Keep in mimd the wurltizer factory closed down in 2003 and they are not the best made. A motor for the bubble tubes is over £100.
Sound Leisure support machines that I get in for refurbs going back to the 80s.
