WPC W1 Jumper Oddity?

I think W1 is meant to go to W1 along the little white line. This looks to have W1 at top and W2 at the bottom?

That lower W1 hole looks a little "sporty" too.

This works for the smaller chip size at the moment, but I did want to go to a 2Mb EPROM.

Curious that it works as is?

I think these pads are in parrallel. Bell it out with a meter.

No continuity on that lower hole with its friend at W1 up top, a little on solder side, so will need a wire stitch, so that will be a palaver, rest of the board seems clean.

Looks like someone dug it out with spoon.
