WPC nylon flipper bush

What size are these screws.?
I'm struggling to find them. My Fish Tales only has two either side and the right keeps loosening.

You also need the nuts too. The bushing has not been installed correctly as the nuts are missing. A bit of a pain as you will need to remove the flipper assembly to get the nuts installed correctly.

Part numbers 16 and 17 on the diagram.

Your right no nuts on either. Didn't even think of that. I had it out today doing a coil and flipper rebuild. I had thought they were just screwed into the base plate.

If you are using pinballmania you can get cheaper postage by stating your country as "togo". This is just for small parts that can go in an envelope like the nuts and bolts you need.

Can't you get a rebuild kit and take the opportunity as you'll be removing everything anyway.

I did a rebuild yesterday. It was then I discovered the issue.
I unscrewed the nylon bush but hadn't realised there was supposed to be nuts on the backside.

The plate should have threads. I've got lots of games without the nuts, as long as you tighten them well they won't loosen.

Yeah think the screws have had their day. Rock solid on the left but unwinding on the right. I've ordered some. There were only two in each anyway

If you tighten them too much you deform the bushes. Reason for the counter nuts. Locktite blue works well though.

It did cross my mind about thread lock. But seeing I was missing some screws. I just ordered two new sets and nuts.
I'm getting proficient at striping that assembly

They pull against the thread keeping tension on the thread thereby locking them in place. It's a time tested method. Take it from a design engineer.

Exactly, I know those as "counter nuts" while a "lock nut" is a nut which has some locking mechanism, like a Nylock(TM). But may be my insufficient English
