williams system 11a no backgroundmusic ,,,

i bought a pinbot with no speech ,
also some battery oxidation at the reset parts, but all sounds did work exept for speech. game itselve works 100%

found a speech rom not seated with one leg and got speech back, at the same time when the cpu was out of the game i removed the battery holder and put a remote battery in.
put the board back in got speech back,,but ,,,,, lost backgroundmusic.
all i now hear is speech , target sounds and the background music seems to be verry distored, it sounds like someone is using a drill next to a radio,verry verry distortion,,, the music is not recognizeble..

i changed all the op amps because i had the boards back out and i had them anyway,,, thought that would solve it,,, nope,,

i did a quick check this morning and i think the soundboard does not get voltage? also no voltage at the pins on the mpu, i must have 12vc between black and red i believe?
wat is holding up the 12v? i didnt find a blown fuse,,
the only thing i coukd messure was the 19v at the transformer,,between grey and grey green,

Is there a 7905 voltage regulator on the PCB ? ....Check for -5 V
