Glazers is a good call, but spoke to a local one who said only 4 or 6mm are available in the UK, and I'd want 5 I believe.

That's the standard reply as it's not usually off the shelf. 5mm IS available in the UK, just not as easy for them to get.....

No such thing as "tempered" in the uk according to my local glass stockist. "Tempered" is the uk name for "Toughened" in the uk.... Apparently....

Ah, fair enough. Tempering is the process which results in toughened glass so I suppose it's the same thing.

I buy all my glass from Roman and he calls it 'tempered' so I'm sticking with that!
