Board received. Had to add a couple connectors to test in my pins. Once done that the board worked exactly as you sent it to me. Added the third missing opto and all work. Must be local. I can send you some header pins to convert one of your other boards to the single connector. I’ll leave the large connectors in on this board for you to test in another pin.

How were you testing the optos? What was your interruptor? Was it the drop targets?

Thanks Andy. I was using a piece of plastic ( one of those shims for the flipper gap adjusting you get from the factory)
It interrupted the working opto fine.
I will take you up on those other header pins and then swap about as needed to see if I can get a working board!

Bizarre. Unless it’s the female connector on my loom!!

Do you have any molex connectors and pins that size. I’d have to put 2 wires into each pin that’s the only trouble and they’re quite small.

Aha. I bet that bit of plastic wasn’t blocking the beam. Happens on flipper optos with white interrupters. Beam passes straight through. Expect it worked on the old one as the beam would be weaker.

Classic lesson. I'm sure i remember something about those white wpc-95 opto interrupters to being bad/dodgy, never understood why they didn't just stick with black all the way through
