You'd be best finding a local glazier. You want tempered glass 5mm thick, then either 533mm x 1092mm for 'standard' width games, or 603mm x 1092mm for widebodies.
Expect to pay £30 or so cash on collection.

Pinball heaven can supply you with a new piece of glass. I had one delivered at xmas time last year and it arrived via courier safe and sound. It will cost you around £20 more from PH over using a local glazier however. If you use the 5mm glass in a recent stern machine with a large speaker upgrade you will eliminate the horrible rattling of the standard glass due to the slightly extra thickness of the UK stuff.
